Try some comix with a European flavor

The popular flavors of comics right now are primarily Western superheroes and Eastern manga. What you’ll likely not encounter as frequently is European graphic novel works. Though many comic fans are familiar with Heavy Metal and the European source counterpart Metal Hurlant (thanks to Humanoids Publishing launching the magazine in the States), European works are just not as widely established in the audience’s consciousness. There is a lot to be found in European comics, and if you’re looking for a fantastic new experience, something that will feel genuinely differ
